Son Fulfills Promise To Build Father's Dream House Based On His Own Blueprint Design
Randy N. Oliverio was born from a poor household. The house where his family lived was nothing more than a simple nipa hut who his father inherited from his grand parents. He even recalled that there was a time that their state was so impoverished that they dont even have the capacity have their house renovated. The wear and tear to their home throughout the years made holes on their rooftop and whenever the rainy season starts, countless leaks are guaranteed to appear from the ceilings.

But Randy knew and believed that no amount of poverty would stop him into getting successful one day. Growing up, he would always see his father make a a design or a blueprint for his dream 2-story house. The scene further propelled Oliverio in pursuing success, not only for his own benefit, but more importantly for his family. He made promised to himself one day he will make his father’s dream house a come true.
As years of hardwork and sacrifice passed by, the young man from the old nipa hut grew up and successfully landed a job as a property specialist from the famous realty and land corporation, Avida Land Corp. Now that he has the means to accomplish what his father could only wish when they were young, Randy set his focus on building his dad's dream house. His co-worker from his firm advised him that it would be unwise to built such a structure in the province for it's won't gave him any ROI or return of investment upon its completion.
And after five years of building, his father's dream home now stood proud in same site where their old nipa hut was once were in their home town in San Antonio, Northern Samar. His family could not be anymore happy for Randy achievement and the promise he fulfilled for his parents. Gone are the days where his loves ones would always be in distress whenever the monsoon season comes for there will be no more leaks in the ceiling inside of their brand new home. His truly inspirational success story he shared on social media has already garnered 61k reactions and 8.2k shares.
It only shows poverty in not an excuse to fail in life, for as long as you have a goal and you work hard for it, dream indeed do come true. Oliverio's life story a living example of triumph over hardship.
