Being a parent is the ultimate gift we could ever receive. Being blessed by a baby is a true blessing because not everyone is given a chance to have to. Most of the parents do everything and anything just to give their child's needs and wants. Unfortunately, sometimes we lose our partner that supposed to be our companion upon raising our kids. Given the situation, becoming a single parent is one of the most difficult job in this world. We need to be 'extra' so that our kid will never feel the emptiness of losing one of her parents.
Single parents always tend to do more so that they can give more because all they want is that their child will be filled with love and support. Parents should give both materials and non-material things; love, moral support, companionship, basic needs, clothes, education and such.
Speaking of which, Wowie de Guzman is a concrete example of a "super dad" after raising her daughter all by himself for almost 5 years now. We may remember him as the on screen partner of Judy Ann Santos during the 90's, but in real life, he is now a inspiring single dad.
It's been almost 5 years since his wife, Sheryl Ann died in 2014. The 26-year-old mom died a month after she gave birth to their only child, Alexandra Rafaelle. Now, being a single father of her daughter Raff, he remains strong and loving dad for almost 5 years now.

Let us all appreciate all the parents around the world, especially those who stands by themselves just to have a well-raised children. We don't usually appreciate their efforts because it is their obligation but let us just look and learn to appreciate all the litte things that they are doing. Children, learn to be grateful for having such a loving parents--- biological or not, because they might not be look tired, but they are doing and giving more than we deserve.
