On the broadcast interview of Marjorie Barretto on October 22, she allegedly said that Atong Ang was the secret boyfriend of her sister, Gretchen.

With this, the photos of the businessman and the actress on the plane, asleep, holding hands went viral. It is followed by the taken photos of the two together in the airport.

Gretchen Barretto added this screenshots to her Instagram stories explaining her side.

"Unaware I crossed s bit over a bit much... This photo was sent to me through direct message... It is clear I was asleep on a plane ride."

She also reacted to the photos of them inside the Airport.

"Nothing wrong with these photos. Fully clothed, no naked photos like of (Marjorie itchie-very."

Marjorie also accussed Gretchen that she was the reason why Atong Ang and their niece, Nicole broke up. Marjorie said that Gretcen "stole" Atong from Nicole, who, as per Marjorie, had a 5 year relationship with the businessman. Atong Ang already denied this allegations before Marjorie's interview and stated that Nicole was only her former seceretary.
